Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

What is your store policy?
"Regular" priced items bought on KBKFASHION.com will be accepted for a store credit within 7 days of the delivery. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. All tags must be attached when returned. Please note that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the return item. If such items are returned without noticing KBKFashion customer service a $15.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you.

What is your return policy?
We are so sorry to hear that you didn’t love your items. KBKFashion offers store credit within 7 days from delivery date. Please contact us via email for more information.
Please note if the item is considered finale sale KBKFashion will not honor a store credit.
What is considered a FINALE SALE?
All bodysuits, swimwear, white clothing, and accessories are a final sale. In addition any and all sale items inclusive of flash sales are also final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
